Arbitration is a much more commercially prudent and faster method of dispute resolution. ECA assists clients with resolution of commercial disputes through arbitration. The arbitration regime in India is governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 which is based on the UNCITRAL model. ECA is well equipped to execute and enforcement any arbitral awards, foreign or domestic.
